At Fun Club, our goal is to create a safe, joyful, and respectful environment where every child can learn, play, and thrive. By working together, we can make every afternoon a positive experience for everyone.

💛 Our Commitment

We are committed to providing a caring, structured, and engaging environment where children build friendships, confidence, creativity, and lifelong memories.

To help us maintain this environment, we ask every family to support the following expectations.

🤝 Respect Comes First

Everyone at Fun Club deserves kindness and respect.

Children are expected to:

• Listen to and follow staff directions.

• Treat others with kindness and use respectful language.

• Respect personal space, belongings, and school property.

• Play safely at all times.

• Stay with their assigned group and follow the buddy system whenever required.

Parents and guardians are also expected to communicate respectfully with staff, volunteers, and other families.

⭐ Behavior Expectations

Our goal is always to teach, guide, and encourage positive choices.

If a child struggles with behavior:

1. We will first work directly with the child.

2. If needed, we'll partner with the parent or guardian to create a plan for success.

3. If unsafe or disruptive behavior continues despite our efforts, Fun Club reserves the right to suspend or discontinue enrollment without a refund. Future reenrollment may be considered at our discretion.

📱 Family Communication

To help our program run smoothly:

• Please notify us before 12:00 PM through our parent chat or business line if your child will be absent.

• During pickup, please remain in your vehicle unless instructed otherwise.

• If you have a concern involving another child, please speak with a Fun Club coordinator rather than addressing the child directly.

• During program hours (12:00 PM–5:30 PM), our focus is on the children. We may not be able to answer personal calls or messages immediately. Please use the parent group chat or business line, and we'll respond as soon as possible.

📸 Photos & Memories

We love sharing highlights of our afternoons!

Photos and videos may be shared with families and on Fun Club's media platforms. Please note:

• Photos may not be posted in real time.

• Not every child will appear in every update.

• We always respect a child's decision not to be photographed.

🛡️ Enrollment & Liability

Fun Club reserves the right to accept or deny enrollment at its discretion.

By enrolling your child, you acknowledge that participation in normal recreational and enrichment activities involves inherent risks. You agree to release and hold harmless Fun Club, its owners, employees, volunteers, and BridgePrep Academy North Miami Beach from claims arising from ordinary participation in the program, except where prohibited by law.
