🔄 Can I switch plans after enrolling?

 

Yes! You can switch between Full-Time, Part-Time, or the Flex Plan with just  notice. We know life changes—Fun Club is flexible for a reason!

 

 

🕒 What if I pick the Part-Time Plan but need a longer day once in a while?

 

No problem. You can pay the daily drop-in rate ($25/day or $30 on Wednesdays) when needed. Just give us a heads-up so we can plan accordingly.

 

 

📅 Why is the tuition the same every month, even for short months?

 

To keep things simple, we average tuition across the school year. On average, Fun Club runs 19–20 school days per month, so your rate stays the same whether it’s a 21 day month or a 17-day one.

 

 

💵 When is payment due?

 

Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. A $25 one-time registration fee is added to your first invoice.

👧 What’s included in the daily program?

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Is there a sibling discount?

 

Yes! Families with more than one child receive 10% off the second child’s tuition and no registration fee for additional siblings.

 

⏰ What happens on early-release Wednesdays?

 

Students in 2nd–5th grade are released an hour earlier on Wednesdays. Only Full-Time Plans include this extra hour of care. Flex users and drop-ins are charged $30 on Wednesdays to account for the additional time.

 

🥪 Do you provide snacks?

 

No, snacks are not provided. We ask families to send a small, healthy snack each day to keep kids fueled for fun.

 

📍Where is Fun Club located?

 

We operate at BridgePrep Academy of North Miami Beach. Fun Club is a licensed on-site enrichment program focused on creativity, social-emotional development, and after-school joy.

How is the monthly fee calculated for K–1st Grade?

Our flat monthly fee for Kindergarten and 1st Grade is $325. The Miami-Dade school year has 180 instructional days spread across 10 months (about 18 days per month on average). At this rate, the cost equals about $18 per day, or $6 per hour. Some months have more days and some fewer, but the flat fee keeps things balanced.

 

For example, if charged daily at $18, the breakdown would look like this:

 

• August: 12 days = $216

• September: 20 days = $360

• October: 23 days = $414

• November: 14 days = $252

• December: 15 days = $270

• January: 19 days = $342

• February: 19 days = $342

• March: 19 days = $342

• April: 22 days = $396

• May: 21 days = $378

 

 

Total: $3,312

Average: about $331/month (rounded down to $325).

 

 

How is the monthly fee calculated for 2nd–5th Grade?

For 2nd through 5th graders, the monthly fee is $275. These students attend for one hour less each day than the younger children (except on early-release Wednesdays, when the hours are the same). This works out to about $15 per day.

 

Here’s the same school-year breakdown at $15/day:

• September: 20 days = $300

• October: 23 days = $345

• November: 14 days = $210

• December: 15 days = $225
